YOU ARE INVITED
to a 9:30am Power Flow YOGA class combining stretching and strengthening moves in a continuous movement from one position to the next, creating an effective aerobic workout for intermediate to advanced yoga students.
DONATIONS accepted at the class site.
Please, arrive at least 10 min prior to the class to set up!
Please, inform the instructor of any injuries and/or medical problems prior to the class!
A one-time signature of an "Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability" will be requested from new members

From Harbor Blvd. turn on Oceanaire St, Left on Mandalay Beach Rd. Free parking on Mandalay Beach Rd or Oceanaire St.
The grass area at the northwest corner of the park where Mandalay Beach Rd & Beach Way meet (by Oxnard Shores)
WHAT to BRING:
◦Yoga mat (or 2 mats for stability)
◦Large towel/blanket/bed sheet (to keep grass moisture or sand out)
◦Yoga props (if you own a yoga block/strap/etc)
◦Dress in layers to stay comfortable throughout changing weather conditions
PLEASE, NOTE that class is canceled only during heavy rains or strong winds as YOGA by the SEA instructors are committed to serve you and guide you through various experiences!!!
