YOU ARE INVITED
to Pilates - a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.
This class is designed for ALL level Yogis.
DONATIONS accepted at the class site.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Yoga mat & large towel/bed sheet
• Comfortable & layered clothes
Parking restrictions apply on Tuesdays due to street sweeping in Oxnard Shores!
Please, inform the instructor of any injuries and/or medical problems prior to the class!
A one-time signature of an "Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability" will be requested from new members.

From Harbor Blvd. turn on Oceanaire St, Left on Mandalay Beach Rd. Free parking on Mandalay Beach Rd or Oceanaire St.
The grass area at the northwest corner of the park where Mandalay Beach Rd & Beach Way meet (oceanside of the park & on the other side of the Mandalay Beach Hotel)
that class is canceled only during heavy rains or strong winds as YOGA by the SEA instructors are committed to serve you and guide you through various experiences!!!
