Welcome everyone who has just joined our group

Every Wednesday 6.30 pm at SUKA SPORT in SOHO ( 47 Beak street)

My name is Rad and I am very passionate about YOGA. Im trained HATHA YOGA teacher and recently influenced by ANUSARA YOGA. I love people and life. I think there is so many amazing things to learn and discover. LIFE IS AN ADVENTURE!

My intention is to serve you by helping you to open and soften your heart, to align with the bigger energy around you and to feel a sense of empowerment. You will learn specific bio-mechanical alignment principles which will afford greater opening, helping to prevent injury and allow for greater freedom in your yoga postures.

GROUP REVIEW / YOGA EXPERIENCE

"Can't imagine a Wednesday without yoga now!! I've now been practising yoga for 6 months. Rad teaches anusara yoga, which is challenging but incredibly rewarding. I've learned that just like riding a bike the first time you do something you have no real idea of the principles involved - going through the motion should be enough. But with yoga it's much more than that. Opening (your heart) to embrace those around you and opening yourself to be the person you know you truly are, are just two of the positive effects of yoga. I've gained confidence, calmness (and an ability to choose calm, which was something that I previously thought that I didn't have a choice in making). My thought processes are clearer and more defined, I'm sleeping better, I'm stronger at the other sports I play and I'm a happier person. This has all been from yoga. "

"I started doing Yoga with Rad almost 1 year ago. It was a time of great change going on in my life, and I wanted to try something new with my physical fitness routine as I was a bit bored of years of going to the gym. In addition to helping me keep fit, Yoga also helped make this time of change easier for me to deal with. I discovered that not only are their physical benefits of Yoga, there are mental and spiritual benefits also.Rad is a patient and kind teacher, and has also gently pushed me to advance in my Yoga. He always explains the benefits of Anusara which I also find helpful. Its been a rather life-changing discovery and I'm grateful to have found it. Thanks!"

"Yoga is the integral part of my daily chore how can i live without it. As heat cannot be separated from fire and light cannot be separated from sun similarly practise of yoga cannot be separated from the divine as it is part and parcel of every living entity. Rad , Anusara Yogi Teacher, has been expert in attempting to balance mind and body through various asanas by means of physical practise and controlled breathing. This has truly benefited me physically and mentally. The immense flow of energy during the practise has improved my flexibility and concentration tremendously and made me over come my stress and anxiety in my daily life. This has further enhanced my relationship with the world itself and how to embrace who we are and be grateful and appreciate the life that is given to us.I only wish that i can continue to strive further and deeper into the spiritual realm and take every opportunity to cultivate the practise in the most ecstatic and blissful platform. As Bhagavad Gita states yoga is the purest and the topmost and gives the direct perception of self realization and everlasting joyful to perform"Darshan, Barking

WHY YOGA? Why we practice YOGA? Why is it that yoga has changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, including myself? Because it shows you how to radically change the way you look at life. One of the most powerful aspects of Anusara yoga, and its first principle, is choosing to look for the beauty in every moment. Even in the most difficult and painful times we can find a way to turn towards the light. My love affair with yoga started only a few years ago and looking back at this time I can see this massive progress and transformation in my life and that is one of the reasons I want to teach YOGA to share that incredible experience with others.I want all of my students to leave my class feeling better about himself , empowered by the revelation of his Divine nature.

Its also about CONNECTION with other people and with yourself. Yoga gives you a chance to connect with very essence of your being . Who you really are? Many people in our society go after jobs for the money rather than following what they know in their heart what they are naturally good at and letting those gifts guide them. As a result, they are miserable and their overall energy, enthusiasm, creativity and even health is diminished. When we align with our gifts and talents and offer them to others, we feel joy, we feel happy because we are, in essence, offering the deepest part of ourselves and nothing could be more in alignment and more fulfilling than that.

Do you ever feel alone? A sense of alienation (or aloneness) is actually an epidemic in our culture. But what if that aloneness was actually serving a purpose? What if it was there to open you to a deeper understanding of who you really are? And w hat if your true nature is oneness... the very opposite of aloneness? Yoga helps you experience a shift from aloneness to oneness, experiencing a deep peace within and knowing that you are not alone -- that you are at one with all of life.

Would you be interested in connecting with like-minded people to learn and practise yoga in small informal classes? This will be a chance for both men experienced in yoga and total beginners to practice in a safe and supportive environment. There is also a social element to the group, with the opportunity to make new friends

I've adopted this term of the DIAMOND YOGA used to describe the process of refining both the physical body and “energy body” through the practices of yoga. Like the intense heat and pressure needed to form the pure, luminous crystals of a diamond, the physical and energetic body are cleansed and refined to a radiant strength of clarity through yoga
