Dr. Sven Hischke is Vice President Innovation & Technology Management within the Products and Innovation division of Deutsche Telekom since January 2010. He is responsible for the development of the Group's innovation strategy, innovation management, strategic IPR portfolio and incubation management. The innovation strategy, based on a distinctive market and customer view, defines the Group's innovation guidelines. Building on this, Innovation Management implements new business opportunities for the Group. In addition, through public activities such as Innovation Day, internal and external innovation are being connected. Strategic IPR portfolio and incubation management focuses on securing new business opportunities and exploiting the IP of phased-out innovations. Prior to his current role, he was Vice President Corporate Innovation Management at Group Headquarters of Deutsche Telekom. In the past Dr. Hischke held several senior positions in the Innovation and R&D field, with a particular focus on future mobile and wireless networks.

Mr. Sussbauer heads Innovation Management within Deutsche Telekom
Products & Innovation since May 2010. In this role he is responsible
for seeding and driving innovation dynamics & culture as well as
developing new business in products and services. The PALOMAR5.org project in 2009, Deutsche Telekom's annual Innovation Day and T-City for the last three years are just a few examples of how to drive these dynamics. Besides that various engagements as mentor and partner of entrepreneurial programs and consortia foster cooperation between DT and start-ups. Helmut actively shaped DT's innovation and new business development since 2003. Before that, he helped set up Deutsche Telekom's digital broadband cable business until 2002.
