Hello Beach Yogis! We are back!
Join us for a smooth Vinyasa Flow + Core Yoga class on Ledbetter Beach.
We will start with a breathing exercise, synchronizing our breath with the surf, then move into sun salutations to warm up the body. We'll introduce some core movements to tighten and tone the abs and then build into our peak of heat with some challenging moves. Then we'll wind things down to center and ground our energy and close with a final breathing exercise.
This is a class for all levels, with modifications available for your level.
What to bring:
• Yoga Mat
• Blocks if you have them and are comfortable working with them
• Towel + maybe an old towel for under your mat to keep it a bit cleaner
• Layered (warm) clothing if the fog doesn't burn off or there's a breeze
About your teacher:
David has been practicing yoga for 3 years in the Hatha tradition, and has a regular practice with Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. David started practicing yoga to rehabilitate from a back injury and found the practice had benefits beyond healing the physical body. His practices are focused on breath and proper alignment and adding a positive and uplifting element to your day. David completed 200 hr YRT his teacher training with Yoga Works under the instruction of Eka Ekong.
