Please join us whether you are new or experienced in Yoga. There are different paths of yoga, but the most popular in the West is Hatha yoga that seeks the union of mind, body, and spirit through a practice of yoga postures, breathing, and body gestures.
We organize hikes about 6 miles with the hiking group, but there are also relaxing walks combine with yoga events
