Introduction
This group combines 2 of my favorite activities--I can't wait to join!
Are you comfortable hiking about 5-10 miles in 2-5 hours?
yes
Do you hike? how often? can you go hiking during the weekends and out of town hiking trip during the holidays weekends? Do you prefer hiking after work and where do you like to hike?
I try to hike 2-4 times a month. I prefer hiking after work and during the weekends.
Are you new to yoga or have been practicing? What is your yoga style?
I've been practicing for a year or so
How often do you practice yoga ? Do you practice by yourself or with a group?
I take intermediate level classes whenever I can afford it and practice on my own sometimes. I'd love to do some free group yoga
If you join this group, what day and time in a week and where do you prefer to practice?
weekends and after work are the best time for me
