Hi friends! Interested in practicing yoga in the tranquility of nature, at a low cost? This is the right group for you! I am a yoga teacher in-training, looking for some experience and some new yogi friends! I've been in love with yoga for seven years now, and have practiced various types: Iyengar, Hatha, Power, Flow, Restorative. Most of the Yoga in the Park sessions will incorporate some element of Vinyasa-style yoga, but there are also plenty of delicious hip-opening, mind-settling, and back-bending poses. This group is open to ALL levels of yoga, so come one, come all! Modifications will be offered to help challenge ourselves or to help be more gentle on our bodies.
Both donations and feedback will be received with deep gratitude. Above all, I enjoy practicing yoga in the beautiful outdoors, with fresh air, surrounded by positive fellow yogis. Your feedback and suggestions will always be appreciated and will be used as positive learning experiences. Sessions will typically take place on Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:30am at Cheesman Park (north of the Pavilions, close to the fountains).
What to bring:
