This is a group for anyone interested in getting together and doing some Yoga! All levels are welcome. Yoga is an ancient technique that helps us bring balance to body, mind and spirit. At the level of the body Yoga strengthens our inner muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints, and assists our body in releasing toxins. At the level of the mind, it helps us reach a space of silence, and stillness away from the constant inner chatter of the mind, allowing us to have more clarity and to unveil our true joyful nature!
