Yoga breathwork and Guided Meditation Classes at NYC studio.
We are a welcoming and warm group of yoga practitioners who are supportive and encouraging.
If you are new to the practice, this is a great place to start as the classes are offering customized movements and alternatives.
If you are intermediate/advanced, the class will offer you challenges and opportunities to explore your potential.
This is a non-competitive and non-judgmental group, which focuses on flexibility, toning and balancing.
We begin our restorative practice with a 5-10 min meditation to quiet and relax our mind and body and proceed to practice yoga movements accompanied by breathing. During the second part of the class, we enter a meditative state through a guided meditation.
Mini neck massage and aromatherapy lavander eye pillows are given before the meditation to eliminate tension and ease you into the relaxation.
At the end of the practice, we exchange our experiences over a cup of warm tea.
All blankets, blocks, straps and yoga mats are provided free of charge.
The classes last an hour and a half and cost $15.
Our goal is to provide an informative practice in a social and relaxed setting.
