Yoga in the Park - come join others who want to practice and enjoy yoga in nature - outside the boundaries and walls. Sessions will vary including Vinyasa Flow yoga, meditation, breath work and more... Beginning/Level 1, bring your mat, a towel and most importantly bring yourself. No charge - donations accepted.
