This is a group for people who like to be active and enjoy the great outdoors.
It is an all levels hike and yoga session.
Start with a good stretch, hike for an hour and then do an hour of yoga.
So far we have found that the Holbert Trail on South Mountain and Dreamy Draw are good trails that also have a flat surface where we can practice yoga.
We also mix it up a bit with night hikes and indoor yoga - especially throughout the summer.
Experience level required:
Beginner to intermediate (modifications for all poses are available) <br> <br> What to Expect:
5 minutes of pre-hike stretching 60 minutes of medium hike with a variety of terrain 60 minutes of Yoga (style varies, but generally vinyasa flow) <br> <br> What to Bring:
At least 32oz of water Yoga mat 1 large towel (optional) Proper hiking/yoga attire <br> ** Suggested $10 donation **
