This is a group for people who like to be active and enjoy the great outdoors. It is an all levels hike and yoga session. Start with a good stretch, hike for an hour and then do an hour of Hatha yoga. So far we have found that the Holbert Trail on South Mountain is a good trail and has a flat surface to do yoga as well, but we are always open for suggestions!

Bring: At least 32oz of water
1 large towel (optional)
Proper hiking/yoga attire
