Namaste my friends!

I teach in a way that combines traditional and therapeutic styles, with humor, kindness and compassion, and always a sense of fun.  I'll lead a Vinyasa Flow style that flows from one posture to another, flowing with  breath. It lengthens, strengthens and tones the muscles, and calms the mind. This is not about looking good on the outside, or doing the poses perfectly, but being mindfully aware of your body. This is a good group to join if you have been wanting to try yoga, continue your practice, become part of a community, and get some fresh air and sunshine! I am so looking forward to meeting you!

There aren't any events currently on the calendar, but once Daylight Savings returns I will add one or two classes on weekday evenings at 5:30, and one on Sundays at 10:00am.

We meet on the grassy area behind the main life guard station, on the south side of the parking lot. This class is donation based, $8 recommendation. It's a wonderful opportunity to participate in a group activity at one of our most beautiful beaches, connect with your body and calm your mind.

You will need a mat or a towel, (using both protects your mat), some water, and comfortable clothes that stay put in bendy poses. There are many opportunities for wardrobe malfunctions in yoga!

I am a certified RYT 200 Hour for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I am continuing my training with Erika Faith, Cloud 9 Yoga in parthership with Akasha yoga for the 500 hour certification.
