This is a collaborative group of some of the most diverse and best teachers in Grand Rapids, we're here to help you learn about our programs and to connect you to a healthier and stronger you! This group is based off of Yoga, Meditation, Tai-Chi, and the Martial Arts. We have classes and workshops to help growth in each of these areas with special guests and special community events. This is the premier health and wellness group for Grand Rapids with the best growing community and the most beautiful and unique studio available to train out of. We look forward to seeing you!
About Yoga: Yoga is famous for its health benefits, both for the body as a form of exercise and the mind as a form of stress relief, relaxation and well being. However these benefits are just positive side effects for the real purpose of yoga. Yoga benefits the body, mind and most importantly the Soul. I started this group to find like minded friends who are interested in yoga, meditation and seeking higher satisfaction in life.
