Welcome to Yoga for Climbers! The focus of this group is to gather together everyone interested in awakening the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Yoga accurately demonstrates this as it relates to climbing. It is much more than a system of exercises practiced to gain flexibility and strength. Come join the fun as we create this unique group that will inspire discovery, generate enthusiasm, build community, and travel to all sorts of exciting places to experience "climbing into yoga!"

You need no previous knowledge of yoga to attend this class, only the desire to enhance your climbing experience. This class will emphasize flexibility, core strength, balance, and the mental challenges of climbing on and off the mat.
