Curvy Yoga Beginners in Mint Hill

Curvy Yoga has moved into Minth Hill! Please join us at Mint Hill Yoga weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays for a lovely (and challenging) beginner's practice. All fitness levels welcome.

Please bring water and your mat. Mat rentals are available. Wear comfortable clothing and if it's your first time at the studio, arrive a little early to fill out a waiver before class begins.

Classes are all 1 hr 15 min! $10 pay as you go or buy a package of classes via credit card or Paypal for a discount!

    Gina is a very good yoga instructor. She's warm and friendly. Gina explains the poses, offering modifications should you need them. As a first timer some of the core poses and stretches were a bit challenging. The restorative poses were soothing to the body though. Loved the relaxation and gratitude meditation at the end of her class. Looking forward to attending another class in Mint Hill soon.
