Jump start your day with a dynamic flow guaranteed to energize and inspire. We will link breath and movement in this vinyasa flow class focusing on mindfulness in our movement. Expect to move through series of poses towards a peak asana- and to both find and lose yourself in the context of evolving self-awareness on the mat. Laughter and groovy tunes included. Welcome for all levels of experience.
Starting from 03/20/14 this class is going to be donation based. You can donate on a sliding scale from 1$ to 15$. If you can't donate anything, don't worry about it, come anyway- yoga is meant to be available for everybody!
