Yoga in the Grove's Elemental Yoga Meetup is where we share our search for knowledge and love of yoga, meditation, and healthy lifestyles in San Antonio. We meet to create and maintain a place of fellowship and acceptance centered around our interest and/or love of yogic studies; including but not limited to Yoga asana (poses), vinyasa (flow series), yoga nidra (guided relaxations), prana yamas (breath exercises), shanti' peace of spirit and emotions and mental well being, yoga therapy and ayurveda (the use of nutrition, herbs, and yoga for preventative and curative medicine). Our group includes and thrives with all levels from the newest just curious, to novice beginners, to yoga master teachers and everyone in between. Let's grow and become even healthier and wiser together (AND HAVE A LOT OF FUN AND LAUGHTER) while on our path to the future as we explore the heart and soul of yogic practices. For me, organizing and participating in this group is my joy and my seva (gift to the community).
