RELEASE YOUR HIPS!

Whether you exercise frequently or sit at a desk all day, chances are that you have tight hip flexors. Hip flexors allow for forward movement and the ability to lift the leg up. The hips stabilize us in our daily life and are said to store strong emotions of anxiety, sadness, depression, and being guarded. Yoga poses can open up these tight hip flexors to help prevent injury and make you feel more comfortable throughout your day.

In this class we will explore gentle to moderate stretching as well as breathing into the areas of tension to help the body release. Class concludes with a few minutes of calming meditation and relaxation.

SATURDAY MARCH 15, 3:30-5:30 p.m. $25.00 or 2 class credits
