YOGA FOR CORE STRENGTH AND BALANCE

This class will focus on poses for core strength to help develop better posture, balance and concentration. We’ll explore developing concentration through yoga “drishti” or focus and gaze. Each pose is modified for different levels, making this class suitable for beginners as well as practicing yogis. Class concludes with a few minutes of calming meditation and relaxation.
