Yoga For Posture & Balance

Have you always wanted to improve posture and balance but don’t know the correct exercises to do so? Incorrect posture can lead to neck and back pain while poor balance can make you prone to unsteadiness and possible falls. Certified Yoga Instructor, Grace Furnari will teach you simple yoga poses and exercises that will help strengthen muscles and improve balance through breathing and focus. Chairs will be used to help with balance training. This is a great class for men and women alike!
