Writers Flow Yoga Workshop - (Spark Your Creativity) February 15th 10:30 AM Fuel your imagination and remove mental clutter. Work on balance, focus and discipline. Hatha Yoga and meditation interspersed with specific sensory writing exercises. Even eye yoga to combat eye strain. Naturally stimulate your mind while stretching your body. Let your inborn creativity flourish in a non-judgemental setting. Bring your a towel or Yoga mat and a notebook and pen (no computers please). Where?     I really liked the combination of physicality with the more intellectual act of writing using the connection spirituality has to both. This group interests me much more than a meditation-writing type group because writers, and those in intellectual pursuits, tend to neglect the mind that can only be accessed through the body while it is in action such as yoga or exercise.
    In future Writer's Yoga groups I would like to experience perhaps even more intense physical work combined with the written work.
