The Holidays are here, don't be stressed- maintain the Holiday Cheer! Join Jackie Callaghan and Eleni Rizakos for an intensive relaxation experience where they will combine movement and meditation techniques to aide you as you head into the busy Holiday season.
This workshop will include:
* Movements drawn from pilates, stretching, yoga and other mind-body exercises
* Relaxation techniques, such as visualization, body scanning, and breath awareness
* Meditation combined with energy work for a more restorative experience
This stress relief workshop will help to initiate the relaxation response, ease tension and relax the body and mind. No prior experience needed to attend.
