With an expert yoga leader, input from everyone is welcome, as well as questions about sports and work injuries and how we can improve strength and range of motion through yoga and dance, creating enduring fitness in every and any kind of body!

Then, we'll demonstrate a few dancy moves that are used in yoga, with modifications for advanced students.
