This group is for people who are interested in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Movement Arts.
Such as HoopDance and Trance Dance, Sound Healing etc.
Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means to "Yoke" literally to "Unite" in modern terms it represents unifying the
Body, Mind, & Spirit.
Yoga is a fantastic form of fitness that is perfect for all skill levels.
If your a beginner wanting to start a new fitness regime or an experienced yogi. I want to bring deeper
meaning into your typical workout, and help you to see how the mind plays in important roll in helping us
heal and stay healthy and focused. <br>
The way I teach Yoga is very traditional I not only teach you the basics of yoga but I also bring meditation into
each of my classes along with sound healing.
What we obtain and empower through this, is our essential selves; healing our mind, body and spirit.
Through these various modalities we learn to haromonize our inner and outer being by clearing the mind
building strength in our body and listening to our deeper self.
I believe the practice of yoga and her sister sciences such as meditation, ayurveda and the like, help us to
gain a better grasp of how our minds work; so we can stick to our key purpose in life.
Whether that be diet, weight loss, coping with set backs such as stress or loss.
Just being a better person physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
My classes will bring you to a place of joy, laughter and inner harmony.
Our overall mental and emotional health sets the pace for our discovery of a new and better life.
