If you are looking to get into shape and are hoping to connect to a great group of people at the same time, please come join these small group fitness classes!
Class combines a variety of exercise methods: yoga, pilates, weights, cross training and more! All in a beautiful newly remodeled home studio in west San Jose.
Mats, equipment and towels are provided. All you have to do is bring yourself and some water!
Class will be 1 hour and will combine elements from yoga, weight training, pilates and cross training. We'll warm up, work out and cool down - so just bring yourself and some water. Towels and equipment provided. Loose-fitting, comfortable athletic wear is recommended.
