WHAT IS ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP FOR WOMEN?
Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week outdoor fitness program designed to maximize fat loss. All levels work together and ALL levels will be challenged. Whether you're training to run your first marathon or your first mile, getting back into pre-pregnancy shape, want to lose inches for that special vacation or wedding ... you will meet an amazing "family" of ladies that support each other and cheer you on when you need it the most!
We'll concentrate on "problem" areas such as butt, thighs and abs! Unlike the gym, every day is completely different! We'll bring unique equipment to keep it interesting and keep you burning fat the whole hour.
You'll also learn what foods increase your energy, rev up your metabolism and help you burn fat twice as fast. You will double your energy, lose weight and inches fast!
6 times/locations serving Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Brea, Placentia, Fullerton & La Habra. Convenient times at 5:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. BONUS: Free Saturday classes to all Registered Campers. Group events like Beach Boot Camp, 5k events, Snack Classes, Shopping Classes.
