Join me at Adams Ricci Park in Enola for a full body cardio workout.
We will run a total of 3 and 3/8 mile (3 loops of 1 and 1/8 mile loops each). Every 1/8 mile we will perform a particular exercise until muscle failure be it pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, or squats and more.
The whole course should take roughly an hour. There are some small hills along the way and if we are inclined to tackle the big hill it is an option.
If you really do not want to do the exercise staions then come out and run your own run and enjoy the park. The path is all paved but the "big" hill is a seperate dirt path (again optional).
We will meet at the entrance by the Train Car and park in front of the basketball courts. Try to be a little early for warm up and light stretching
