In addition to great music, Thursday night concertgoers can purchase and enjoy a barbecue dinner beginning at 6 p.m. The barbecue includes hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs, sausages, ice cream, pop and water. And, new this year, enjoy a cupcake, too! A Special Olde Tyme Corn Roast will be held on August 14, 21, 28, along with the regularly scheduled barbecue (while quantities last).

Please Note: Limited parking is available at Mill Pond Park and street parking is prohibited. As such, residents are encouraged to take public transit or carpool. Additionally, parking is available after 5:30 p.m. at the Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital’s East parking lot located on the east side of Trench Street and north of Major Mackenzie Drive.

I'm sorry that I missed all of you last night. I got a call from a client at 3pm saying they wanted to put an offer on a home that I showed them Wednesday. I thought I was going to have enough time to get it DONE, and submitted in time to still make the concert. I ended up getting home at 8:15 pm and to make matters worse, I have a throat infection. I hope you guys were able to find each other. My wife was there and she said it was packed

So from what has been posted here, we will meet at the back right corner of the field facing the stage. I will have a pink camo folding chair and will be wearing a blue and turquoise fleece jacket...and I aim to be there by 6:30 pm...weather permitting.

I'm going to be there with others already. I usually sit pretty much in the middle almost all the way at the back, not too far away from the kids playground. I recommend setting up a large group like ours to the back right corner of the field if you're facing the stage. It's usually the least packed area. Cindi, would you be able to make a sign so everyone can distinguish us vs. other random people?

You need to take a chair with you for concerts at Mill Pond.

I have never been to the park, so from one of you who has, where is a good, visible spot to meet up?

hi well if this place gets packed, and if the HOST has any pull should ask to reserve a section for our group, not sure if riding with a female for my safety is wise( LOL)

Hi, I would also like to know where we're going to meet. I work until 6 PM so probably won't get there until 6:30 PM. If someone needs a ride from Newmarket I have room in my car :-)

Yes, I agree we need to have a location that everyone knows about. Remember to take a folding lawn chair.
