Strength Philosophy for Beginners
1. Start light and practice quality form with full range of motion if appropriate. 2. View all sets as practice and stay away from failure. 3. Limit exercises to six at most in a workout. 4. Stick to the basic compound lifts. 5. Utilize linear periodization for as long as possible. 6. Stick to reps between 4-6.
