Gentle Mat Yoga

NEW CLASS TIME: 9:10am to 10:30am

Enjoy the basics of yoga. Open to all levels, we develop breathing techniques and move through basic yoga poses, mostly low down on the mat. You can explore beginner or novice variations. Have fun in a supportive group for 90 minutes, leave refreshed. FREE, Call the library to register 870-4000.
