Richard Hittleman's Yoga book (in the 70's); Anusara & Tantric Yoga with Flowforms Yoga in Worcester, MA; Svaroopa Yoga in MA; Yoga with Lynn at Knightdale Dance Center; various Yoga workouts on Time Warner On Demand TV.

What are your goals for this class?

Keep practicing yoga, achieve deeper relaxation and flexibility, ease back pain.

Do you have any medical limitations?

Besides the back pain, I have Raynaud's Disease, which causes ice cold hands & feet with any change in room temperature, or emotional stress. It's annoying as hell when my torso is sweating and my feet and hands are aching with cold!


I have been practicing yoga on & off for a long time. Sometimes I took yoga breaks and tried T'ai Chi and belly dancing. I always come back to yoga, because it's so diverse, non-competitive, meditative, and mainly, it feels so good to stretch.
