Let's go camping again! We had so much fun last time! I have booked a site (site A037) at Loft Mountain Campground within Shenandoah National Park. The campground is about an hour from Charlottesville. We won't be hiking in to our site, you will be able to drive your car up close to it just like last time. The campground also has flush toilets and showers. There should be plenty to do within the park.
You most likely won't have cell service at the park, so please take note of the site (A037) at Loft Mountain Campground.
There is a discussion started on this under the message board....
We will be doing breakfast and dinner on saturday potluck style, so please comment on what you will be contributing.
Everyone needs to try to provide the following for themselves: sleeping gear, chair, water/beverages, sunscreen, bug repellent, flashlight, food for friday and sunday as well as something to share on saturday.
Could everyone please start commenting on whether you need things such as a tent or to carpool.

I am hoping to get about 10-15 people to come out for this. The cost will be $7 per person for the campsite and must be paid via paypal in order to RSVP yes to this event. There is also an additional $15 entrance fee per vehicle to enter the park. For this reason, you may want to consider carpooling.
