Looking to meet up with other daughters in the Chicago area that have lost their mothers to a terminal illness such as cancer. There are many bereavement groups in Chicago for people that are grieving over their mom's death but almost none exist for women in their 20's, 30's, and early 40's. I just lost my mom to pancreatic cancer and want to gather other women like me that want to share experiences, memories, and friendship. Park Ridge, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Schaumburg, and Chicago are all possible meeting spots.
