ABOUT Y.E.S.
The Mission of Y.E.S. is to help those who are unemployed or underemployed during these trying times. Our goal is to develop Life, Leadership and Business skills in young adults living in Central California, thereby helping them create a solid stream of income and improve their lifestyle, halting the poverty cycle!

By embracing a viable "Earn-While-You-Learn" business structure, strong leadership training and opportunities for service and social events, our Young Entrepreneurs will build a successful career, independent of this current downturn.

Y.E.S. STRUCTURE:
Utilizing Professionals as Mentors, our members will have support and training in a close relationship with an experienced and successful business person, professional, community leader or volunteer, who demonstrates strong leadership skills.

If you fit one of the above descriptions and are interested in becoming a "Pro-Mentor", you must desire to work with young adults and possess a desire for giving back to the community, while earning an "extra stream" of income helping Young Adults succeed in Life, Leadership and Business.

If you are a Young Adult interested in becoming one of our Young Entrepreneurs to earn additional income and develop yourself, you must also be ambitious, self-motivated, possess integrity and other basic leadership values.
