Michelle is the founder of Ideaction, a connector, facilitator and consultant. Michelle brings together groups for community projects in business, community and government.
Previously, Michelle co-founded Social Innovation Sydney, a place where Changemakers meet. This began as an Unconference that enabled participants to create the content for conversation, connection and collaboration.. Other community initiatives included movie screenings, StartUp Camps, Innovation Festivals and international speaking engagements.
With 10+ years experience in technology marketing, communication & sales. Michelle also has extensive experience in project and people management roles for large IT distributors, system integrators and enterprise resource planning.
Michelle is well aware of the possibilities of a hyper-connected society in bringing about mass change on a local level.
