LAST BOOTCAMP for 2-0-1-3, then AMY'S B-DAY PARTY TIME, Rock to the Beat

Introduction

My name is Amy and I hope to uphold my friend's legacy in bootcamp. You see, he successfully ran a bootcamp in NY and in Sydney. He be
lieved that outdoor exercises should be free and available to all...I would like to follow his philosophy...so...

Welcome to the Free and Fun OC Fitness Bootcamp! I hope that you find this an enjoyable experience. To add to your comfort level, please feel free to ask any questions. We are friendly, inclusive and a melting pot! There is no bootcamp leader blowing a whistle or yelling--haha!

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

How Much Does Bootcamp Cost?

Bootcamp sessions are free-even more reason to make this a regular part of your fitness regime. Donations are welcome! ;-)

What Should I bring?

As we meet in the park, there are no storage facilities, you should come in workout clothes you are happy to get a little dirty. Some people bring bottles of water or bags but if you do I recommend keeping it light because you'll have to jog with it short distances between exercises.

How Fit Do I need to be?

While we cater for a range of fitness levels you should be at least average fitness. As a test, you should be able to complete one plank for at least 1 minute, be able to do 20 pushups and jog at least 1 mile.

What exercises do I do?

The sessions last for about an hour and include aerobic fitness routines with running, prints, star jumps, circuits, pilates, yoga-like stretches, boxing/kickboxing in the air and some dance moves!

How Do I Find You?

The address listed above

How Will this benefit me?

Improved core stamina, strength, being able to deal with life's highs and lows, improved sleep patterns and you will make great workout buddies!

Hey Everyone, So we're going to have Bootcamp at Bill Barber Park like usual and then any suggestions for dinner? A place that can seat a large number of people and is open until at least 10 PM? Also somewhere close in proximity is nice... I thought of Urban Plates, JT Schmidt's and Olive Garden so far....Anymore suggestions? Of some exotic food like Indian/Mediterranean/ etc? Feel free to post up here and we can brainstorm!!

I know friends don't let friends go to Olive Garden But there is one with a nice back room by the Edwards Theater on Alton. Unless you want to eat at the District or at a drug rehab place it's that or House of Kabob.
