Nickel Arcade

Let's go play some arcade games at Nickel Nickel.  It costs two bucks to get in, and then games go for nickels (which you can bring or exchange for), from 5¢ a game, up to a pricey 30¢.

You can bring your own nickels, or buy them there.  They accept cash and credit cards, to buy bags of $3, $5, and $10.  They said $5 to $10 of nickels should be plenty.

It was really fun. The arcade has a great assortment of games, old and new, and none cost more than $.50 to play which was awesome.

We're at Buffalo Wild Wings in Bella Terra. It's across from the Cheesecake Factory.

We came, we saw, we conquered, nickels were lost, tickets we won. Many were beaten with inflatable sticks, all was right with the world.....

It is in the same parking lot as Taco Bell. We are starting to congregate.

I get off work just late enough to make it pointless to drive home so is there some where in the immediate vicinity that has a good happy hour?

Anyone know if they have any DDR machines in good shape? I've only ever been to the now defunct El Toro Nickel Nickel.

I work late, so I won't be able to make there by 7pm. I'll try to be there by 8pm though. How late is this place open?

Not a problem. They're open until 11pm tonight.

Hahah, so many people, this is going to be fun. It looks like we'll get a group rate, too, so it'll probably be $1.25 instead of the full two bucks. Hey now, that's nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel nickel in your pocket.

From the Nickel Nickel I been to somewhere in Garden Grove, there are some free classic games you can play after you run out of nickels. Might be the same.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
