In this day and age, we focus too much on our weaknesses and neglect our strengths. In this discussion session we will learn about different roles in the workplace each with its strengths and weaknesses. we will also do a series of exercises to find out our strengths in the work place.
There are three types of people:
Minder (helpers & admin)
Each playing a crucial role in the work place making sure things get done. Without one type, the organization cannot run effectively.
Join as as we find out which category do we fit in and how we can cultivate our strengths in each of the areas. There'll be a mini quiz for you to confirm which of the three areas you stand
There will be a cover of $2 for the materials and supporting the group [eg. Meetup annual cost] and cookies/snacks at the event... we are using their space so it is only fair for us to buy something from them at a discount)
Afterwards we can just chat and socialize at the coffee store
How to find us:
There is an ESL group sharing a quarter of the venue packing up... we're not them. I will have a meetup sign taped to the wall/Window + table. just grab a chair and join us.
