YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN ENERGY – MEETUP NOVEMBER 15 - DEADLINE FOR RSVP TODAY
The Los Angeles Chapter of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) will host a screening of the energy documentary “Switch” on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Laemmle Theatre in North Hollywood at 7:20pm.
Touted as "the first truly balanced film on energy," the film has been embraced by energy companies - both fossil and renewable - government agencies, NGOs, environmental groups and leading universities. It's part of the Switch Energy Project, a film, web and education effort to build a balanced national understanding of energy and promote efficiency.

If you would like a FREE ticket to the screening, please email [masked] before Wednesday, November 14. Please email us only if you are certain you can attend, as we have a limited number of free passes.
Who is a young professional? There's no age limit or prejudice. All are welcome to enjoy this unique networking opportunity.
BACKGROUND: Young Professionals in Energy (“YPE”) is the first and only interdisciplinary networking and volunteer organization for people in the global energy industry – a place where bankers can connect with engineers, accountants with geologists and so on. Our mission is to provide a forum for knowledge sharing and camaraderie among future leaders of the energy industry.
The growth of YPE from 2 to over 20,000 members since the launch of the initial chapters underlines the need that was already present in energy cities across the globe.
SPECIFICS: Please RSVP to [masked] for the November 15 screening. RSVP must include your name, company and title. You can sign up for a free YPE membership at www.ypenergy.org.
