Around how many miles is this hike? Got an ETA for when we'll be done?

There are 3 main trails in Jockey Hollow that cover 2, 4, and 6 miles. we usually go in the middle and do 4 miles. the terrain is mostly flat with a few hilly inclines but considered a beginners type hike
