We will be meeting every Tuesday & Thursday to get in some weekly training for Half Dome. We'll wait at the trail head between 6:30 and 6:45 and take off promptly.
We will most likely always meet at the trail head and request that you set up carpools beforehand to cut the time short and get in as much daylight time as possible.
We'll switch between Training Hill and Cardiac Hill in Auburn, CA.
I'd like to get a routine going for this. We have just 5 weeks until Half Dome!
