Health talks will be interesting. I know of a few friends who are giving such talks from their nutritionist background etc. Also are you motivated for brisk walking and other not so challenging excercises - my 75-year old friend goes to the gym almost everyday. Motivation in senior years is important - not everyone is self driven - :))
As a senior I was told that I should be aiming at 120; so that means I am only half way there. Question I often ask: How do you make the rest of your life the best of your life?
