What interests you most about neuroscience?

I am most interested in knowing how we can "be the boss of ourselves"--use neuroscience to impact our quality of life through better motivation, changing habits, improving cognitive flexibility, managing pain, and boosting creativity and resilience.

This group fosters the interplay of neuroscientists, lay enthusiasts, and neuro-curious - which are you?

I am not a scientist but I want to inform my work as a coach with current brain research.

I'm a life coach/creativity coach helping women to find the time, energy & focus for their creative business. I'm a member of the ICF Brain-Based Coaching group and I'm interested in applying neuroplasticy research to supporting lasting change.
