I've been a student of personal development/human potential and fascinated by the mind, what it is and how it works for as long as I can remember. In the last couple years, my interest has evolved to to near-obsession of the most invigorating kind.
I am fascinated by how recent breakthroughs are serving to both prove and explain much of what mystics and enlightened ones have known for centuries, and how modern science can help us learn to work with our brain biology, rather than against it.
I am a most enthusiastic lay enthusiast, and very much looking forward to meeting like-minded (sorry for the pun) folks.
I think we've got a good foundation for lots of amazing conversations and connections. Let's create some new networks - neural and social! : D
Leisa, I look forward to meeting you tomorrow. Glad to know you are a writer. It will be fun to talk.
Hello Leisa, I might not make it to the Vital Brain meetup. Shortly after I signed up for it, something else came up, of course. I'm working out the details.
Thanks, Leisa! I'm looking forward to some live blues! It'd be so nice to ge out for some live music and mingling.
