What interests you most about neuroscience?

It's a very new and exciting area of study because so much of how the brain works is still a mystery. I think neuroplasticity, the idea that the brain continues to adapt and grow, is amazing.

This group fosters the interplay of neuroscientists, lay enthusiasts, and neuro-curious - which are you?

Hmm, neuro-curious I guess, with a little education behind that.

I've been working for a year as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so I find research on the brain and new developments in the treatment of mental illness fascinating.
