Introduction

Am interested in running have run 10k's before (did boulder-boulder several times when in graduate school at Colorado). Haven't really run lately but have participated in other aerobic activities (e. bicycling, hiking and treadmill).

What is your reason to start a 5k training program?

as Sir Edmund Hillary said when he climbed Mt. Everest "Because its' there"
