I started running again last March to lose some weight and get back in shape before hitting 40. Now I run mainly 5k's to try and improve my time. Running my second half marathon in Akron this year and hoping to finish in under 2:00:00.
I've run close to 10 5k's
To improve my 5k times and place in my age group.
