I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities, but running most of all... I can go anywhere and don't need any gear but what's on my back. :)
Yes, I usually run several 5K's over the summer. It keeps me motivated to have something to work for.
Several times a week. I'm trying to do at least a little something every day to keep the pace going.
Probably 4 or 5 hours a week total. More in the warmer weather, when I'm running for an hour at a time.
I want to get back in the routine as early as possible. I usually don't start running until it gets warmer out... maybe finding a group to run with will provide motivation!
